    What is ceremonial grade

    "Ceremonial grade" has no regulation behind it. Every brand uses it. What actually matters is where it's from, when it's harvested, and what cultivar it is. Ours is Samidori from Uji, Japan. First harvest. Single cultivar. That's what makes it good, not the label.

    How to

      Scoop

      2 grams. One bamboo scoop, level off.

    • Matcha being mixed with a frother against a dark background

      Whisk

      Add 2oz hot water (~170 degrees). Whisk or froth until smooth.

    • Drink

      Straight or with milk. No mantra required.
